TRIKI DIGITAL & working together
TRIKI DIGITAL builds websites and the visibility around them: web design, SEO, local SEO, GEO and AI search, analytics and tracking, and AI automation. These areas work together — a website without measurement and findability stays a business card.
Small and mid-sized businesses, freelancers, local service providers, trades, restaurants, practices and online retailers. Company size matters less than having a clear goal: more enquiries, better visibility or less manual work.
German, French, English and Arabic — in consulting, project work and the content produced. Arabic is delivered with genuine right-to-left layout, not as a mirrored translation.
Mainly Germany, France, Switzerland and the wider European market, plus projects in Tunisia and the Arabic-speaking market. Work runs remotely; on-site meetings in the Kehl/Strasbourg area are possible by arrangement.
With a short conversation about your starting point, goal and timeline. That is followed by a review of your current website and visibility, which turns into a concrete proposal with scope and priority order.
Web design
A clear structure, fast loading, solid mobile rendering, understandable content and a technically correct foundation for search engines. Design is not decoration: it should move visitors to the next step — an enquiry, a call or a booking.
Yes. A relaunch based on existing content is often smarter than starting from zero, because rankings and URLs are preserved. A short review first determines what can be carried over technically.
Yes, multilingual is part of the standard scope, including dedicated URLs per language and correct hreflang markup. Details are in the multilingual websites section further down.
The technical foundation yes, ongoing SEO work no. Structure, speed, metadata, headings and structured data are handled during the build; continuous content and ranking work is a separate service.
Yes. Forms can trigger notifications, hand data to a CRM or email system and start automated follow-ups. Implementation stays data-minimal — only fields needed for handling the request are collected.
SEO
First movements are typically visible after four to eight weeks; stable improvement usually takes several months. Technical fixes act faster than content and authority building.
Technical SEO makes sure pages can be crawled, indexed and interpreted correctly — structure, speed, indexing, structured data. Content SEO answers the actual search intent. Both are needed: without the technical base, good content never gets served.
No. Rankings depend on competition, the search system and ongoing algorithm changes — nobody can promise them. What can be committed to is scope of work, quality standards and transparent measurement.
Because search systems evaluate pages, not companies. One page per service, with its own URL, its own intent and its own content, performs far better than a single catch-all page trying to cover everything.
Through visibility in Google Search Console, organic entrances, rankings for relevant queries and above all real enquiries. Traffic without conversion context says very little.
Local SEO
The Google Business Profile is the free listing that represents your business in Google Maps and local search — address, opening hours, services, photos and reviews. For local providers it is often the most-viewed surface of all, ahead of the homepage.
Mainly relevance, distance from the searcher and prominence. What you can influence: profile completeness and upkeep, correct categories, consistent business data, reviews and locally relevant content on your website.
NAP stands for name, address and phone number. When these differ between your website, Google profile and directories, the identity of the business becomes uncertain — and local visibility suffers.
No, and it is not advisable. Bought reviews violate the guidelines and can lead to removal or suspension of the profile. A steady process for asking satisfied customers works far better.
With several genuine locations, yes — each with its own content, contacts and directions. Copies with only the city name swapped add no value and are treated as thin content.
GEO & AI search
GEO is optimising to appear inside AI-generated answers — in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity. Instead of a position in a result list, the goal is being cited or summarised as a reliable source.
SEO targets a click in a results list; GEO targets a mention inside an answer. GEO therefore weights verifiable facts, clear definitions, consistent entities and machine-readable structure more heavily. The foundation is still solid SEO.
By making information unambiguous, current and consistent across multiple places: clearly structured pages, precise answers to concrete questions, structured data and matching details in external sources. Full control is not possible.
An entity is a uniquely identifiable thing — a company, person, place or service. Knowledge Graph signals are the relationships between them. The more consistent your details are across website, structured data and external sources, the more confidently systems can identify your business.
No. AI systems select sources dynamically and change that selection constantly. What can be guaranteed is that your content is technically and editorially ready to be cited.

AI automation & workflows
Anything recurring, rule-based and digital: capturing and routing enquiries, preparing quotes, confirming appointments, syncing data between systems, generating reports or drafting standard replies. Decisions requiring real judgement stay with people.
In most cases yes. Systems with an open API or webhook support — email, CRM, calendar, shop, accounting, messaging — can be connected. Available interfaces are checked before implementation.
Yes, and for customer-facing steps it is usually recommended. Workflows can prepare a draft and only execute after your confirmation.
Errors are logged, a notification is sent and, where sensible, an automatic retry runs. The key is a defined fallback so an enquiry is never lost but lands for manual handling instead.
Yes, often especially so, because few people carry many routine tasks. The best start is one clearly bounded process rather than a large all-in-one system.
Analytics & tracking
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) is the analytics system; GTM (Google Tag Manager) is the tool that manages tags. GTM controls which tag fires, when and under which conditions; GA4 collects and reports the data.
Consent Mode V2 is Google's mechanism for letting tags respect a visitor's consent choice. Without consent, analytics and advertising signals are restricted; with consent, tags run fully.
Form submissions, phone-number clicks, WhatsApp and email contacts, scroll depth, downloads, bookings or purchases. It pays to focus on the few actions that carry real business value.
Yes. Conversions can be passed to Google Ads and Meta so campaigns optimise towards real enquiries rather than clicks. This requires a cleanly defined conversion event.
Because each platform counts differently: attribution models, time windows, click versus view credit, and different effects of consent and tracking protection. Deviation is normal — what matters is that trends stay consistent within one system.
Pricing & project process
By scope, number of pages and languages, technical complexity and ongoing support. After the first conversation you receive a quote with clearly itemised positions — no guesswork pricing.
Packages bundle typical combinations of website, technical SEO foundation, tracking setup and optional automation. The exact scope per package is listed on the pricing page.
Yes. Packages are starting points, not fixed boundaries. If your requirements differ, an individual scope is put together.
You receive a short written summary with recommendation, scope, timeline and price. Implementation starts only after your approval.
Yes, optionally: technical updates, security checks, smaller adjustments, monitoring and further development. Without upkeep a website steadily loses technical and editorial effect.
Multilingual websites
Each language gets its own permanent URLs — for example with a language prefix — plus hreflang markup and self-referencing canonicals. That lets every language version rank on its own without being treated as duplicate content.
Usually not for visibility and trust. Machine-translated pages often miss the search terms and tone of the target market. A separately written version per language, carrying the same message in market-appropriate wording, works far better.
Yes. Arabic pages run with dir="rtl", fully right-to-left including navigation, icons and forms. Latin product names such as GA4, GTM or Google keep their correct reading direction.
Privacy & consent
Only after explicit consent. Before that, analytics and advertising signals default to "denied" and no consent-requiring cookies are set.
Yes, at any time. The "Cookie settings" link in the footer reopens the choice so it can be changed; the decision is stored locally in the browser.
Submitted details are used to answer your enquiry and passed to the systems used for email delivery and request handling. Purposes and recipients are described in the privacy policy.
No. Forms ask only for the fields needed to handle the request. Additional details such as website or budget are optional and used purely to scope the project.
Yes. Technical implementation and documentation are provided carefully, but the legal assessment of your specific website belongs to a qualified review. Having the privacy policy and legal notice checked by a lawyer is advisable.
