    TuniSkill — Digital learning platform

    Project overview

TuniSkill is a digital learning platform for students and early-career professionals in Tunisia, teaching practical skills in AI, digital business, e-commerce and digital marketing.

    Initial challenge

Learning material existed as videos, PDFs and notes without a shared structure. What was missing was an environment that works on mobile, organises courses and can take on more courses later.

    Goals

The platform was designed around explicit goals:

    • structured courses with readable learning paths
    • videos and PDFs in one place instead of scattered
    • reliable use on entry-level smartphones
    • French and Arabic content inside one structure
    • an architecture that can absorb further courses

    Target audience

Students, early-career professionals and young self-employed people in Tunisia who mostly learn on mobile, in French or Arabic.

    Strategic approach

Work started with the learning logic rather than the layout: define courses, modules and lessons, derive page types from them, and only then design the interface.

    Information architecture

The structure follows a stable hierarchy.

    • course catalogue as the entry point
    • course page with description, structure and objectives
    • lesson pages with video and supporting material
    • PDF resources per lesson
    • learning paths grouped by week

    Design and user experience

Designed mobile-first: generous tap targets, calm pages, visible progress in the lesson list and video players that stay usable on weak connections.

    SEO and AI-search foundations

Prepared: descriptive URLs per course and lesson, unambiguous heading hierarchies and course copy that summarises a lesson in a few sentences — the basis for search engines and AI answers to interpret the material correctly.

    Analytics and tracking

Simple measurement of course views and completed lessons is planned. The events are defined conceptually; a full analytics setup has not been rolled out yet.

    Automation and integrations

Content production follows a standardised sequence: script, recording, editing, companion PDF and publication. A learning assistant that answers lesson questions is at concept stage.

    Multilingual implementation

Content is set up in French and Arabic. Course names and technical terms such as GA4 or e-commerce stay in Latin script so they remain recognisable.

    Current implementation status

Active project. Course structure, lesson pages, video delivery and PDF resources are implemented; further courses and the learning assistant are in production or in concept.

    Principles from this project

A learning platform is only as good as the order of its content. Model courses, modules and lessons cleanly and design, languages and features can be added later without a rebuild.

This case study describes approach and implementation status. No revenue, traffic or ranking figures are claimed.
